Fish Tale of the Catch: Well The River was so low that it only took me around 5 or 8 min to catch the fish.. but it took me 25 min to land him the water being so low the fish beached himself around 20 feet from shore in the shallow mud.. i had to put logs and stumps in the mud / water to get to him with my net and i still couldnt net him so i had to jo knee deep in mud to grab him, il never forget that fish haha

Fish Tale of the Catch: I got off work at 2:30pm and headed to a spot where the night before I had landed numbers of big fish Flats and Channels a 31# flat, a 34# flat and 2 over 20#, which was strange cause the bite had hit a slump a week prior. I caught bait and within 5 minutes was hooking cats! I landed a few decent fish and my buddy showed up he was'nt there for 30 seconds and I hooked up again, this time she was a hog! After 10+ minutes of me getting her close and her stripping drag off my Abu I managed to beach the fish about 20 feet from shore, thats all the closer I could drag her, she was on the bottom with her back sticking out of the water. Without hesitation my buddy jumped in and gave her the MC patented catfish grip and landed her. What a fish I thought for sure I was going to lose her. This is my first 40# fish of this year.

Fish Tale of the Catch:
Even though the flats were spawning I figured I would give it a try. So i went out by myself and caught some white bass and hit a favorate hole close to my house, I was'nt expecting much. 5 hours without a single hit, then all the sudden my clicker went crazy, but as soon as I picked up the rod it stopped. 5 minutes go by and nothing, I set the rod down and as soon as I turned the clicker back on she hit it again, this time I hooked her. After a short struggle I landed this 43" and 38# pig, wish someone was there with me to get good pics but it is all the same. I just got a camera this year so I am not used to taking pics anyway. CPR!!!

Fish Tale of the Catch:We were out all night from 11pmuntil 7am. Me and a buddy got nothing through the night until 30 min before we had to leave, had all the gear back at our truck, when I had the big run.. My buddy ran to the truck for the net scale and camera and by the time he got back it was just in time to land him... We would have stayed longer but I had to get a friend to the airport.

Fish Tale of the Catch:It was a very chilly night with thick fog on the river.My brother in law and I started fishing an hour or so before dark and he caught the first fish of the night around 10:00.The bite was terrible and we were about to call it a night when my fishing rod almost got ripped into the water without warning.I set the hook and this channel ran line for what seemed like a minute,as I gained line he made two more short runs and the fight was over. Even though we only caught two fish that night I`m glad we stayed,I caught my personal best channel that night.

Fish Tale of the Catch:Well me and my buddy jon decided to go do some catfishing it was a very last minute idea. He never really fished for just catfish before and i was just starting to. So we went to this spot i heard about and i threw my line it with worm on it. It sat there for about 5 minutes on the bottom. Then BOOM! This cat smashed the bait and the fight was on. It took about 5 minutes to get him into shore. I was freaking out yelling and screaming hahaha. it was a great time!
