Fish Tale of the Catch:Well,it started like this....Fellow BOC member Drawout and I went fishing for trophy blues. We had a pretty good morning. We had a few small eaters in the boat. Then it started. Drawout reeled in a 42lb. blue. While taking pics of the 42lb.,another clicker went off. I started reeling him in. I knew he was a good fish. I just didn't know how good. He finally came up to the boat,I was amazed. We netted him and weighed him. We knew we had a lake record on our hands. Took him to certified scales and weighed him. 59.66lbs. Amazing fish. I have thank Johnny Ward,aka,Drawout,for great fishing. If it weren't for the BOC,this wouldn't have happened.

Fish Tale of the Catch:We were drifting across Caddo Creek, we had been catching a lot of fish up to 10 pounds. Then this one buried the rod tip. He fought good for about 3 minutes, then decided the Penn was too much for him. He was out of the water long enough for a picture then released to be caught again.

Fish Tale of the Catch: My wife and I took my daughter to a local park to spend some family time. Well this park has a pond/city lake on it so I took on rod some dip/punch bait and rigged the rod with a looper rig that I modify with a 7/0 Gama octopus circle hook.

Fish Tale of the Catch: My dad and I went over to check out an area that a friend told us was producing quite a few catfish in the mornings. The afternoon bite was not real good. All 4 fish we boated were nice keepers, but no really big fish.
